Therapist
I'm a qualified Therapist and an individual member of the BACP. I'm also a creative and more specifically a photographer and videographer. This might seem like a random detail, but in my opinion, therapy is a creative practice.
Humans are complex and life is messy. We are not problems to be solved, but mysteries to be discovered. This discovery is a creative process. I work in an integrative way with a client-centred focus. This means that while Person-Centred Therapy is my core model and forms the base for my approach, I draw upon multiple theories to find what best suits the individual in front of me. I believe that the answers we seek are already within us, and I journey with each client toward those answers.

I have a special interest in gender, sexuality, and embodiment. I work with a diverse range of clients and presenting issues but have a particular passion for supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, especially LGBTQ+ young people. I am passionate about helping people journey towards discovering their true, authentic selves and navigating discoveries of who they are.
